These Terms and Conditions govern your interaction with our services, including leads, calls, and insurance offerings. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide life, health, and retirement insurance solutions through partnerships with over 50 carriers. Our agents, operating as independent contractors, assist you in securing coverage tailored to your needs.
2. Lead Generation and Opt-In
Our leads are generated through marketing efforts, including online forms, referrals, and partnerships. Clients opt into communications by:
- Submitting contact details for quotes or services.
- Consenting to calls, texts, or emails during initial contact.
You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to texts or contacting us. Calls comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for quotes and applications.
- Maintain communication to finalize coverage.
- Understand that final coverage terms come from carriers, not Bass Financial.
4. Payment
Premiums are paid directly to insurance carriers per their schedules. Bass Financial may charge fees to our agents (e.g., $100 for CRM activation), disclosed upfront.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bass Financial is not liable for carrier decisions, policy denials, or losses beyond our control. Our agents are backed by E&O insurance for professional errors, ensuring accountability.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials (e.g., website content, work guides) are owned by Bass Financial. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Termination
We may terminate services for non-compliance or at our discretion with notice. You may end engagement anytime, subject to carrier terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Disputes will be resolved in Hennepin County courts.
